Vision System
It is a system that can improve efficiency and provide objective and accurate quality control by automating the parts that were inspected manually with computer-based camera imaging technology. In particular, it is customized on-site by reflecting customer requirements. It can be applied to various fields such as manufacturing date inspection, packing defect inspection, foreign substance inspection, omission inspection, and product recognition and classification.

Skid/Pallet Transfer System with Roller Bed
Skid/pallet through roller beds are widely used transfer systems in body shop. In this kind of material handling, the skid/pallet is first loaded onto the first station, post which the body is loaded onto it. The skid/pallet would ideally carry the body from the first station up until the last station, where the body would be unloaded and skid/ pallet would return to its start position.This is a flexible system where the in between station transfers can be managed independently.

Belt Type & Gravity Type
Buffer Conveyors are important equipments in the body shop process. They are planned between two lines as contingency. In case of the first line breaking down, the production would not stop and will continue using the buffers. Belt type Buffer Conveyors operates using wide Belts & the Body/Sub Assembly is resting on the belt. The belt is driven with the help of a motor & gearbox. It is considered to be a low height equipment. Gravity type Buffer Conveyors works on the concept of gravity, hence there is saving of energy. However, the pallet used for body /sub assembly will have to return again by gravity, hence the height of the equipment is rendered to be tall.

Ultrasonic Welding Machine

Ultrasonic plastic welding is the joining or reforming of thermoplastics through the use of heat generated from high-frequency mechanical motion. Ultrasonic welding means joining without adhesives, screws, or heat from an outside source. During this process, plastics are strategically melted using ultrasonic vibrations so that a cohesive or form-fit joint is produced. As an economic production method with short cycle times, ultrasonic welding ensures a large degree of process control and repeatable quality results. Ultrasonic welding of plastic materials creates a molecular bond within the weld seam. Ultrasonic vibrations are focused on using a special design of the components or tools. This specific geometry within a component is referred to as energy director. The contact points in the joining area are actively molded using energy input to achieve elastic deformation. Friction occurring between the contact surfaces and within the molecule chains generates heat that causes the material to melt.
